The buzz word is Gratitude and there is a reason that everyone is getting behind it- learning to focus on the things in life we are grateful for, brings us positivity, and a focus on the good stuff.
The benefits of practicing gratitude are endless. If you regularly practice gratitude by taking time to notice and reflect upon the things that you are thankful for, you can experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, express more compassion and kindness.
Sometimes this crazy modern life offers us some life hacks that help us to practice things like gratitude. One of these is the APP 1SE ( One Second Everyday). Someone introduced this app to me a couple of months ago and I love it! Everyday you take a one second snapshot of something you are grateful for and it compiles it into a movie.
Not that we are ones to endorse apps etc but this one uses modern technology in a positive way. It is so much fun to do and it really highlights the positive things in our lives. The videos you take can be anything from friends/ family to your nice hot coffee that morning.
